Step 1: Prepare

Consult with one of our Liberty EB5 representatives
Complete the questionnaire
Engage with an EB-5 immigration attorney*
Compile documentation on source / path of funds
Review Offering and Subscription documents provided by Liberty 45
Sign all documents

*Liberty EB5 can recommend a couple of immigration attorney, if required who we have worked with in the past and are subject matter experts.

Step 2: Submit I-526E Petition

Immigration attorney compiles and organizes all documentation in the I-526E package
Attorney submits the I-526E petition for the investor

Step 3: Approval of Conditional Green Card

Following the approval of the I-526E petition, the applicant, spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21 are granted 2-year, conditional green cards, allowing them to relocate to the U.S.
All green card holders enjoy the freedom to live, work, and travel to and from the U.S.

Step 4: Submission of I-829 Petition A

3 months before the expiration of the conditional green card, the immigration attorney submits the I-829 petition to remove conditions, providing evidence of job creation from the regional center
Upon approval of the I-829 petition, the green card becomes permanent
Green card holders can apply for citizenship after 5 years.
